We always do our best to ensure orders are processed correctly, however, sometimes mistakes do occur and we are keen to resolve them for you as quickly as possible. If for whatever reason you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return any unopened products to us. Ensure the item is still in its original condition, unopened and is returned to us securely. We offer a full refund and exchange on packaged, sealed items within 14 working days of purchase. For hygiene and safety reasons Fragrance Oils are exempt, also sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for refund. We do not offer refund on promotional, reduced or discounted items.

Returns, exchanges and replacements are processed as soon as we receive your items. We strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when sending your item back to us. We are not able to reimburse the cost of postage paid to send the goods back to us.

When returning goods, refunds will be paid to the same method of payment used on the original order. The refund value will be for the price paid when the order was placed.

All orders placed through the CIBIREL Online Shop are uniquely packaged by CIBIREL and can be delivered to locations in mainland UK and Northern Ireland only (excluding the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland). 

 UK Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) is £3.95 and is free for orders over £40.

We process orders Monday through to Friday 9am-5pm excluding bank holidays. Any orders we receive outside of these times will be processed the next working day. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days.
